Customer Service Policy


RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final, services and items are non-refundable. Returns are accepted only if the items are damaged or if ordered goods do not match the items received as specified in your design contract and final proof. You must contact us within 5 business days of receipt of goods. A photograph may be requested to verify the extent of damages.

CANCELLATION

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. $150 dollar cancellation fee may be requested if the design process has begun. No cancellation is accepted, if production has started. Final payments will be retained by PopfotoCard.com and you will receive the items that you have ordered.

PAYMENT

Our standard terms are 50% down payment is required when placing the order. The final balance is due upon completion of the order. In certain cases, our terms may vary based on our discretion.

All prices are in USD and are subject to shipping charges and federal and state sales taxes (where applicable). PopfotoCard.com accepts personal checks, money orders and credit cards. If you would like to pay with your credit card, please notify us and we will send you a link to complete your transaction securely.


PROOFS

Hard proofs are supplied based upon specific requests and are subject to additional charges. We do our best to give you a very close representation of your final card. The colors of your final product may be slightly different from the proofs due to discrepancies in printer colors. Please do allow a slight tolerance.

PopfotoCard.com shall make every effort to ensure the final product is free of any grammatical and spelling errors. It is agreed that it is the client's responsibility to ensure that there are no spelling or grammatical errors contained in the final hard or soft proof, and it is agreed that PopfotoCard.com must be promptly notified allowing for necessary corrections if errors were to be found.


SHIPPING & HANDLING

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground service unless otherwise requested. We will provide you with an estimate of shipping & handling charges. PopfotoCard.com will notify you of the actual shipping charge prior to when the final payment is due. PopfotoCard.com is not responsible for delays incurred by the shipping carrier, nor are we responsible if there are delivery attempts without a receiver present. Please do your best to make sure somebody is available to accept your package.
