We're interested in exceeding your expectations, every step of the way. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please notify us within 5 business days of receipt of your order.
If you are engaged in the design process and don't like the original concepts, contact your account manager before your first revisions for an immediate refund, minus a $150 administration fee. Otherwise, we will work with you until you are satisfied with the revisions of your card or other design needs.
If we have made an error on your order (by our option) we will work to remedy the error by either correcting it, reprinting the order, issuing a partial or whole refund.
This guarantee includes:
Failure to produce a reasonable product as determined by industry standards and trade customs.
Errors that result in the inability to use the product for its intended purpose.
Errors that clearly result in a reduction of effectiveness of the product.
This guarantee does not include:
Errors made by the client or on behalf of their representatives.
Errors due to improper formatting of provided files.
Poor quality images due to low resolution images provided by the client.
Errors that were approved on the final proof.
This guarantee does not supersede our standard terms and conditions.
